Terms and Conditions for the Jotform Giveaway 2024 at Beauty Forum Messe Munich 2024

The organizer of the giveaway is Belcos GmbH (hereinafter "DR.BELTER®"). This promotion is not affiliated with Jotform and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Jotform. The recipient of the information you provide is DR.BELTER®.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over who visit DR.BELTER®'s booth at the Beauty Forum Messe Munich 2024 or receive a card with a QR code.
Exclusion
Employees of the DR.BELTER® Group, all participating partner companies, and agencies are excluded from participation.
How to Participate
To participate in the giveaway, you must scan the QR code provided at the booth. This will take you to a form on Jotform.com, where you must correctly answer a multiple-choice question about one of our products and enter your contact details. After submitting the form, you will be entered into the drawing. Participation is free. Multiple entries are not allowed.
Deadline
The participation deadline is Sunday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all complete entries.
Prizes
10 winners will receive one Vitamin A Bakuchiol Regeneration Impulse Set each, valued at €141.95 (including VAT).
Winner Notification
Winners will be randomly drawn and contacted via email in the week following the drawing. They must confirm the prize within two weeks of the notification. The confirmation must include the full name, current address, and a confirmation of the prize. If the winner does not confirm within two weeks, the prize will be forfeited, and a substitute winner will be selected.
Participation Period
Participation is possible from Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 00:00 AM until Sunday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
No Cash Alternative
A cash payout of the prize is not possible.
Content Review
DR.BELTER® reserves the right to review the content of participants before and after publication and to remove it in case of violations of applicable laws or the terms and conditions.
Disqualification
DR.BELTER® reserves the right to disqualify individuals who provide false information or manipulate the competition. DR.BELTER® can modify, suspend, or end the competition if required due to force majeure or external circumstances.
No Claims
Participants have no entitlement to compensation in case of disqualification, or if the competition is modified, suspended, or terminated.
Liability
DR.BELTER® is not liable for data loss or technical defects. DR.BELTER® is not responsible for the availability of the Jotform platform.
Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
Data Protection
By participating, you consent to the voluntary provision of your personal data to Belcos GmbH, Wodanstraße 12, 38106 Braunschweig (DR.BELTER®), for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. Data processing will take place in accordance with DR.BELTER®'s current data protection policy. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram but DR.BELTER®. The information provided will only be used for the giveaway.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Germany.
Exclusion
Employees of the DR.BELTER® Group, all participating partner companies, and agencies are excluded from participation.
How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, you must visit our DR.BELTER® Instagram page. You will participate in the drawing by clicking the "Follow" button, liking the post, leaving a comment under the post, and reposting the story. Participation is free. Multiple entries, such as leaving several comments, will not increase your chances of winning. The participation deadline is Friday, November 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
Confirmation of Participation
By clicking the "Follow" button, you confirm your participation in the giveaway and accept the privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
Prizes
The prizes include one Advent calendar, one Les Minis Set, and one Intensa hand cream and nail file set.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and Instagram Story. They must confirm their prize by replying to the Direct Message. The message should include their full name, current address, and email address. If the winner does not confirm their prize within two weeks of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a substitute winner will be selected. The original winner loses their claim to the prize.
Participation Period
The giveaway is open for participation until Friday, November 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Participation via giveaway clubs, agencies, or automated services is excluded.

Public Announcement
The participant agrees that their Instagram username will be published on the DR.BELTER® Instagram page in the event of winning.
Content Review
DR.BELTER® reserves the right to review the content before and after publication and to remove any content that does not comply with the following conditions:
Only self-created content is allowed, and no third-party rights may be violated.
The participant must ensure that no third-party rights (such as copyright, trademarks, etc.) are infringed.
The participant guarantees that they hold the rights to the submitted content and that all individuals in the content have given their consent. For images of minors, the participant must ensure that the legal guardians have provided explicit consent.
Content that is racist, harmful to minors, or violates public order is prohibited.
Content related to advertising, animals, collages, celebrities, models, animated images, photos with URLs or email addresses, photos with text, or content likely to cause offense is not allowed.
Content must not contain political or religious beliefs, derogatory remarks, or anything offensive, private, sexually inappropriate, or promoting violence.
Content that disparages the brand or promotes the participant's own products or services is not allowed.
No violation of applicable German law.
Disqualification
DR.BELTER® reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, manipulates the competition, or violates these terms and conditions. DR.BELTER® may modify, suspend, or end the competition if required due to force majeure or external circumstances.
No Claims
Participants have no claims against DR.BELTER® if disqualified, if their content is removed due to a legal violation or breach of these terms, or if the competition is modified, suspended, or terminated.
Third-Party Rights
If the submitted content violates third-party rights or breaches the terms and conditions, the participant will indemnify DR.BELTER® from any claims and the associated legal costs. This includes the use of third-party texts, images, or videos without permission.
Liability
DR.BELTER® is not liable for data losses, especially during transmission, or other technical failures. DR.BELTER® is also not responsible for the availability of the DR.BELTER® Instagram page.
Applicable Law
German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
