The protection of your data is of great importance to us. Our homepage includes a protected customer portal with a download area. As such, we are obliged to obtain a declaration of consent from you, so that we may import your customer data into the new customer portal.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of legal provisions in order to fulfil the order between you and our company and obligations associated with this.

We only transmit your personal data to third parties if you have consented to such.

We use this data exclusively to send out requested information and offers. We use the newsletter software Newsletter2Go from Sendinblue. As part of this, your data is transferred to Sendinblue GmbH. Sendinblue is not permitted to sell your data or use it for any purpose other than sending out our newsletter. Sendinblue is a certified German provider that has been selected according to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).

 

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to receive information about your personal data. You can also demand that any incorrect data be rectified.

Additionally, subject to certain conditions, you have the right to the erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

Your data is processed on the basis of legal provisions. We only require your consent in exceptional cases. In these cases, you have the right to revoke consent to future processing.

You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
